Why Should Pelple Need for Exercising

There are several reasons why people should need for exercising. The first reason is that exercising helps people to get in shape. For example, nowadays, people are too busy to work,and most of them do not eat on time or even not in time. As a result, they often eat too much or too late and then they get fat gradually. Thus, exercising is the best way to help them to stay in a good figure. The second reason people do exercise is to keep healthy. People often have more chances to eat out, and there are too much artificiality such as artificial coloring and favoring. They are easy to get sick or not going energetic for they do not have a well-balanced diet. Therefore, doing sports is a good way to keep them from illness and to be in full vigor. The last reason is people can extend a healthy long life. In the modern life, people suffer serious disease are easier than  in the past. When people are seriously sick, and they can be saved their lives from high medical technologies. However, some of them pass away at young age because of getting great sickness. In other words, if people keep a good habit of exercising then it can contribute to have a long life without being sick. All in all, people want to have a healthy body, a good figure and live longer then they should need for doing sports.
